Services and Pricing

There are many pricing options...

Event Producer: The whole enchilada- I will design your entire event, meet with all vendors on your behalf. I will take your style and taste into consideration. I will always ask for your opinion before finalizing anything. The flat fee ranges from $7,000 to $10,000 depending on the size of the wedding.
 
Full-service Coordinator: I will recommend vendors, accompany you to appointments, and negotiate contracts. I will schedule and supervise the entire wedding day. You will be active but I will help by scheduling and coordinating every aspect of your day. The fee for this ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on the wedding size.
 
Day-of Planner: I will start helping a month before the wedding. I will touch base with all suppliers and vendors to ensure that there will be no hitches on your wedding day. This service is recommended for the couple who wants to plan everything themselves but also need someone to make sure things run smoothly. The fee for this service ranges between $700 to $1,500 depending on the size of the wedding.
 
Hourly Planner: I will be here to bounce ideas off of. I will help in any way that I can including making sure things run smoothly or just recommending vendors and/or options for your wedding. There is a 2 hour minimum for this service. I charge $30 an hour.
